Prize Draw - Storms/ Nocturnes at Ronnie's

I've had an early listen to the new CD "VIA" from the trio of Tim Garland, Joe Locke and Geoffrey Keezer. What my ears are telling me is that all three of these world-class have deepened as musicians in the years since the previous CD, and now have a huge and infectious engagement in this project.

The album is a journey through places which have personal resonances for each of them, and have written the pieces with the other players in mind. The video above gives a taste - (even if I'd happily throttle an aggressive Spanish cougher).

The album is for release next month, and the group will be on a UK tour.
