Mary J Blige performed her new single "I AM" Which is from her new album "Stronger with Each Tear" due out Dec. 22, 2009. Mary easily had one of the best vocal performances of the night, Kelly Clarkson had the other.

American Music Awards recap. The show was entertaining, Whitney Houston had one of the greatest moments of the night. I also enjoyed Jay Z with Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, and Lady Gaga. Check out The Indeoendent Music review of the awards show.
